THREE GLADIATORS have been awarded the
"GOC 9 Corps Appreciation Certificate" for their devotion to duty during the year:-

CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM.....

A healthy strength is expected for the Cav Dinner this year with most delhi based attending incl bhatnagars.. Self alongwith Guram & Joy are reaching on 13th.. Chetan, CO designate will also be present. So all Gladiators, do plan to attend.. 14 Nov 09, Imperial Hotel, Janpath, 8:00pm

• Kaka Sandhu was in town recently and honoured us with a short flying visit!!

• Kirti has created an email id for the gladiators - gladiators-68ar@hotmail.com - to keep everyone in the loop!

• Tony and Liliy's son Jaskaran is getting married on 6th Dec in Gurgaon followed by Reception in Pune on 19 Dec.
• We had all met up at their place on Sunday(25th Oct), Ajay Sinha, Anu Kler, Aditya-Shivani, Pandy - Ruby, Yugbir - Divya and our old Boxer DN Takole.

• Anu is busy with Aarman preparing for Doon School entrance exam. Alok is holding fort at Patiala.

• Takole has joined Maharashtra Police and is presently manning the Chandni Chowk Police chowki at Pune.

• Recently we had a couple of get-togethers at Singhal's place with Pandy-Ruby-Nabhanyu and Yugbir-Divya - sharing some good occasions to celebrate!

• Alok has settled in the Tiger's Throne at Patiala!

We wish him a very happy and successful innings!

• Tony has hung up his spurs! but has gone underground!

• Joy has been finally engaged to a pretty damsel in Delhi! we're still waiting for an official confirmation and an invitation from him!

• Dhondy did us proud by getting a Galantry award on the Independence day for his exploits in the valley!

• Our old man Daljit is moving to the saloubrous climate of Shimla soon after a successful stint in the valley!

• Rakhesh has hung up his spurs and is headded towards IIM Ahemdabad to join the Corporate world. We wish him luck!

• KIRTI IS HEADED FOR NAGAR!!!!!

Farewells!!

Last weekend was Farewell Parties for Klers!!

First at Yugbir's place, followd by Singhals!

Pandy's were the common factors at both the venues!

We all really had a grt and nostalgic times with the Kler's.

Wishing Alok a grt tenure in Patiala!

Anu will still be with us here till the end of Academic Session!

so, will have more such gatherings.

Congrats to Alok!

He's headed for Patiala - with addl brass on his Shoulders!

Aviraj was in town on 26th July and the Gladiators had a small get-together at Pandy's place - Kler's, Pandy's, Yugbir's and Aviraj!

Few days back, we all met at Aditya's place - Singhal's, Pandy's and Yugbir's!!

Heartiest Congratulations to Devraj Naidu and Hema!

They tied the knot on 12 July 2009 at Banglore!

Alok, Aditya, Srinivas Rao and Joy attended the wedding to bless the young couple on behalf of all the Gladiators and Gladiatoresses!

Alok, Aditya and Srinivas Rao also managed to meet the HCs who have settled down in the middle of a Golf Course on the outskirts of Banglore!

They both are in great shape and it was a nostalgic moment for everyone!! Now we hope to be in regular touch!

Hi Everyone!!

We had a grand re-union with all the Gladiators and Gladiatoresses from 15 - 18 May 2009, organised by Kirti, to celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Standard Presentation!

It was a grand show put up by Kirti and we got a chance to meet the Great old warhorses as well as the young blood of the Gladiator clan!

Klers - Senior , Surinders, Kaka Sandhu's, PS Sandhus, Bhullars, Ahlawat, Banbir, Vikram, Kulwant, Nims, Nehras, Soods,Kapcys,Bhatnagars, Saby, Sangwan, Yudhvir Rajains, Alok & Anu Kler, SP, Rocky Thakur, Aditya & Shivani, Gurams, Raos, Niranjans, Harpreets,  Naidu and Joy came from outside and made the occassion a memorable one!!

We all Thank Kirti and his team for his grand hospitality and a great re-union!!!

All the gladiators who could not make it were missed by all and it was their loss to have missed out on all the fun!!

Had a grt time and enjoyed the grand hospitality of Ruby and Pandy!

Gladiator's Bash

The Gladiators had their first Bash in Pune on Sunday, as Kaka Sandhu was in town.
Sinha's, Balbir's, Ravi Raman, Kler's and Aditya got together at the Turf Club and had a good time! Pandy and Yugbir missed out b'coz of previous engagements! Rishi Chauhan was also in town and got a chance to meet everyone!
Now that the ice has finally broken, we hope to meet more regularly!
